GUEST ACCESS - POLICIES & FEES

Please note that beginning in 2026, access to The Club at Fundadores will require direct payment for renters. This is not included in the rental fee. Payment can be made upon arrival at the Club House via credit card or cash (USD or MXN).

Guests’ weekly fee: 

• $4,000 MXN (~$230 USD) for up to 6 people, $200 MXN (~$12 USD) for each additional guest (tax included).

• Ages 6 and up.

Guests’ day fee: 

• $600 MXN (~$35 USD) for up to 6 people, $150 MXN (~$9 USD) for each additional guest (tax included).

• Ages 6 and up.

Includes:

• Access to the club and its facilities.

• Restaurant and pool service.

• Gym access after 12 PM. (16 years of age minimum, closed shoes mandatory).

• SPA services (extra charges apply).

• Special events and promotions.

• Unlimited visits during the stay / per day.

Note: During the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, access for guests will be limited. Priority will be given to homeowners and their families.
